The headline pretty much sums up all I want to say!Every friday comes and goes but the same old monotonous,monochromatic,boring,plain old routine of Bollywood continues....!!Either they are busy showing guys swooning over some new hot chick in town.....or that perfect size gal running around trees pursued by the guy.
Come on....show us something realistic .....who is interested in seeing half-clothed women and bare-bodied guys running around in the rain??!!These days even the songs are unbearable......usually sung by the nation's favorite...Himesh Reshammiya *now give us a break man...will you*....?!

Five reasons below why Bollywood DVD's should only be used for making FRISBEES......

1.Unlaughable jokes are currently dominating the Bollywood domain.(hehe.....what was the joke?! is becoming a frequently asked question by people watching Hindi movies..:)

2.Enough is enough when Bollywood singers like Himesh Reshammiya TRY to sing rap like seasoned rappers Eminem and Jay-Z...*Needless to say.....they need a RAP on their cheeks for doing so*!!

3.Arent a lot of remakes of Hollywood films coming up???More than we can bear???That too hopeless remakes of some brilliant movies like My Best Friends Wedding???Need I say more???

4.Take a plot,sprinkle a few supposedly 'chart-topping' songs and spatter it with loads of melodrama,glycerine and weeping ladies.Is this what Bollywood made of?Does it represent India in any way?!Bah.....its more like the K-Serials......like the Ektaa Kapoor bandwagon....

5.Excepting some movies.....most of the average 800 produced movies by Bollywood do not even get a decent review....hardly anyone comes to watch them.....

So after about fifteen minutes of Bolly-bashing.....I gaze around and notice the phone ringing.It's my friend Jinal calling me up to ask me to accompany her to watch Shrek 3.I agree and I shall be safely sitting in a movie theatre watching Shrek work his charm on the audience and will be happily munching on popcorn while several of this blog's readers will be writing furious comments on this post and will be vehemently supporting Bollywood.

The Start Of Something New.......

I never thought I would never be among those supposedly "have-nothing-to-do-so-writing-a-blog" people,but here I am.....writing my first post ever.....so....the million dollar question-WHAT DO I WRITE ABOUT??!!

I consulted a few of my friends.....they were quite unhelpful......some even went to the extent of saying that blogging was an absolute waste of time and only two kinds of people did it....the jobless ones....and the actual poetic ones......so no use consulting them....

Finally after one hour of racking my brain and after several bouts of Writers Block....which hits you unexpectedly...I decided to write about blogs...*heave a sigh of relief after getting a topic*.....so here are few random reasons why people maintain blogs......

1.No one listens to them *as in my case*....the talkative ones....so they force their views upon poor unsuspecting souls who by chance come upon them.....!

2.Some think that theirs is the best blog in the world.....its their road to fame.....*I can view myself getting the Pulitzer Prize for the best blog in the world*.......

3.Some write about their friends......thinking that they'll be rewarded with a chocolate or some other tidbit by their friends for doing so......you would'nt believe how many of my friends were desperate to feature in my future award-winning blog......

4.Seeing other people's blog they get so hellishly pissed.....that they need to get even with them.......so they make blogs which get people even more pissed.....

5.For showing-off their blog and modestly exclaiming how they think that they will be the next Nobel Laureate for Literature......*now...I dont mind a Pulizter*......

Behind every successful author....there is another genius!!I would like to thank my new online buddy Prasham for giving me funny pointers for this post!!Thanks and rock on.......

Last but not the least....I would like to thank myself for writing such a fantastic post [applause!].....which according to me is going to revolutionize the way people see blogs.......till my next post...bye!
